About the event
This is a separate workshop but it is closely related to our Body of Empowerment (BoW) workshop on Saturday 14th of June. While it's not necessary to have participated in the BoW workshop, we believe that doing so will enhance your experience of the second workshop. 20% discount applies if you register for both days.
This workshop will focus on mentoring you through the expression of your Body's Story. Local artist, Sioux Dollman will help you to connect with and express your body's story in an acrylic painting workshop. Cat McKay and Louise Wigg will also spend time mentoring you in writing this story. We will also be sharing and exploring body-nurturing practices.
